Expertise
Venetian plaster and marmorino
Lime and marble-dust plasters, applied and burnished by hand for the depth of polished stone.
Venetian plaster gives a smooth, glossy finish close to polished marble. Marmorino has a more mineral, satin look. Both are built up in several trowelled coats, then protected to suit the room (living room, hallway, bathroom).
These finishes have been used in demanding places, such as a conference room at the Palais des Nations in Geneva.
